If an emergency is raised by the Companion SOS watch, it will call round the pre-arranged support network of family and friends (up to 8). Once answered the support contact will speak to the wearer through the watch to arrange the appropriate emergency response.

Call Monitoring Backup
If none of your support contacts (family and friends) answer the emergency call, then our call monitoring team will automatically receive and answer the call. The call handler will speak to the wearer and arrange the appropriate emergency response.
