This is an optional add on service to the Companion SOS Watch subscription plan
Emergency SOS telephone calls, raised from the Companion SOS Watch will ONLY be handled by our experienced, UK based, 24/7 personal alarm call monitoring centre
This service runs per calendar month and can be cancelled or changed at any time.
 
Call Monitoring plan includes:
unlimited emergency SOS telephone calls from the watch to the call centre
If required the call centre will organise emergency response services (e.g. Ambulance) and inform the family support network.
On placing an order (for the Emergency call receiving service) we will contact you to discuss your  requirements and service setup detail.
