You emergency SOS and fall alert telephone calls will be handled by our experienced, UK based, 24/7 personal alarm monitoring centre
This service runs per calendar month and can be cancelled or changed at any time
 
Call Monitoring plan includes:
unlimited emergency telephone calls from the watch to the call centre
If required the call centre will organise the emergency service and contact the support network to keep them informed.
