Contact & alert settings

When you buy a Companion Watch, you will be introduced to your dedicated Companion Advisor. Your advisor will make contact with you and setup the watch and its settings for you. They will also be on hand if you need to change your contact or alert settings.


Emergency contact settings

When the SOS button is pressed, the watch will attempt to connect you with up to 8 support contacts, via telephone call. Furthermore, the support contacts are sent an SMS message with a link to the watch GPS location on a map.

Your Companion Advisor will collect this contact detail and the call round priority order.


Alert settings

In addition to the above Emergency contact settings, the watch monitors the battery status, raising an alert via email and SMS if the battery level is low and requires a charge.
