A new Companion SOS watch is included with each watch order.

Monthly subscription service

Companion watches come with a 30 day free subscription.

After 30 days your Monthly subscription will begin.

Subscription includes:

• Roaming mobile network connected sim for UK & most of Europe*

• Your own dedicated Companion Advisor will help you every step of the way, including a 1-2-1 Getting Started call and unlimited on-going support.

• Up to 8 support contacts are included in the triaged SOS telephone call.

• Unlimited watch alerts and emergency SOS telephone calls

• Free like for like replacements in the event of faulty watch or charger

• Free, automatic updates to security and feature upgrades

  
  

 Subscription changes:

Simply contact your Companion Advisor if you wish to change your payment method or if you wish to cancel the service and subscription.
