First month (30 days) is included with the purchase of a watch
Plans can be cancelled or changed at any time
The watch must be on a plan to be eligible for a watch replacement
 
Prime plan includes:
sim connectivity subscription to the UK mobile network
unlimited free emergancy telephone calls from the watch
unlimited access to their dedicated companion advisor
Geo-fence Safe Zone monitoring with exit and entry alerts or wondering management
Home area zone monitoring with exit and entry alerts or wondering management
 
Up to 8 support contacts can;
have secure login access to the Companion mobile app
receive personlised alerts (email and app notifications)
be added to the emergency alert telephone calls triage
