"From design to support calls the wearer is included and treated as a person. Empowering the user to live safety and independently is the name of the game. It can be adjusted to reflect the needs and abilities of the wearer too, be that disabling sounds and alerts to reduce confusion and anxiety for people with dementia or add geofence alerts for managing wandering concerns."
"I love it. People just don't believe it's a personal alarm watch. I'm not embarrassed to wear it and in fact I get a lot of compliments."
why companion...
Highly configurable: Our management platform (Companion Service) allows support network administrators to remotely manage watch and service settings for individual or multiple device groups, with ease. Individual users and their support networks have different group level security access, via Apple / Android apps or web portal interfaces.
Warning and alerts: The Companion Service offers sophisticated alert delivery features, allowing you to decide how you wish to manage warning and emergency notifications (voice calls, email, and mobile app notifications) to multiple stakeholders, including third party call centres. SCAIP integration also ensures secure data sharing if required.
Cutting edge technology: Companion Watch is the first consumer care product, in use across the UK (since 2021) which uses the new LTE-M network for communication. Unlike landline, WiFi or mobile phone network based products, Companion Watch benefits from new levels of connectivity including high data throughput, low latency and wider coverage for urban and rural areas.
Care innovators: Combined, our senior management team has decades of technology innovation experience. Let use show you how our products and services can support your organisation with new models of care, be that better care tech adoption, helping keep people out of hospital or support proactive/preventative services.
Upcycling: Chances are a used Companion Watch still has more to give. If in good shape, we’ll help get the watch to a new owner. If not, we recycle the various components.

"Highly recommended to anyone who has a person they need to monitor for falls or who may get lost outside."
"I'm comforted by the fact that my grandad can raise an alarm if necessary, by pressing the SOS button on the watch."
